What you bring:
- Wide experience in corporate Pre-sales, customer service design, management and or operations, ideally in an Outsourcer or large Service Provider environment.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of commercial models and the ability to craft profitable services.
- Significant experience in working in multiple teams on a direct or virtual basis.
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure andTelecommunication Networks (Fixed, Mobile (3G, 4G, 5G, NBIoT, etc )
- Minimum ITIL Foundation (V4) or above with proven operational knowledge and experience.
- In-depth problem solving skills.
- Commitment and enthusiasm.
- Advanced English level.
