**What’s Your Mission?**

As our **Store Manager at IKONO**, you will be responsible for translating our brand strategy into day-to-day operations in our immersive gallery, ensuring every visitor lives a truly exceptional experience.

You will lead your team to deliver memorable moments, uphold the highest standards of quality and service, and drive commercial results through a strong focus on sales and performance.

You will act as the entrepreneur of your location, motivating the team, owning the P&L, and making every visitor count

**What You’ll Do**:
**Sales & Business Growth**
- Boost sales across all revenue streams tickets, upselling experiences, and shop sales.
- Keep an eye on key numbers (conversion rates, average spend, upsell performance) and take action to smash targets.
- Build a sales-driven culture: train the team, set goals, and celebrate wins
- Get creative with strategies to increase visitors-local outreach, partnerships, resellers & cross-promotions.

**Deliver a 10/10 Visitor Experience**
- Ensure every guest interaction is top-notch through training and performance tracking.
- Inspire your team to create emotional connections that turn visitors into fans (and bring in glowing reviews).
- Lead initiatives to boost Google ratings and keep our experience unforgettable.

**Operational Excellence**
- Keep your IKONO gallery in perfect shape, following quality and maintenance standards.
- Spot opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to make things run even better.
- Stay on top of reporting: visitor flow, sales trends, and incidents.

**Build & Lead an A-Team**
- Recruit, train, and develop top talent with the support of our People team.
- Run performance reviews, create incentive programs, and set up growth plans.
- Foster a strong, positive team culture that reflects IKONO’s values.
- Handle scheduling and team logistics like a pro.

**Own the Budget & P&L**
- Take charge of the budget and manage your location’s Profit & Loss.
- Optimize operational costs while maintaining top-tier service.
- Track and drive commercial KPIs to ensure your site is thriving.

- **Experienced Leader,**with 4+ years of management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (retail, hospitality, entertainment, or tourism).
- **Sales & Performance Driven,**a proven track record in driving sales and commercial success, owning KPIs like revenue, upselling, conversion rates, and average spend.
- **Team Builder & Motivator,**skilled in hiring, leading, and inspiring large teams to perform at their best.
- **Business-Savvy,**hands-on experience with budget management and full P&L ownership, and strong analytical mindset using data to make smart business decisions.
- **Fluent Communicato**r, in English (C1+), native/bilingual Spanish, and at least a mid-level in Catalán. Other European languages would be
