In anticipation of our upcoming launch of a revamped employer brand and other ongoing initiatives, we're gearing up for an exciting phase of transformation and growth. As a member of our recruiting team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues like Lisa and Tom, who will serve as your direct contacts and sources of guidance. Together, we handle operative recruiting in Central Europe and global projects, ensuring that our company continues to thrive with top-matching talent.

Additionally, you'll have the chance to interact with various team members throughout the organization, including our disciplinary lead, Ina, whom you'll meet during the interview process.

Your role can be started as soon as possible (ideally by or before June 1st ), is unlimited full-time employment, and can be performed nationwide in Spain or The Netherlands from the home office or one of our sites in these countries (all sites are here).

**Your role**:
Manage the recruitment process for designated business units across Central Europe, from approval to onboarding.
Craft engaging job postings and collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Support hiring manager initiatives focused on internal recruitment training, guidelines, and process adherence.
Work on other projects/systems, i.e. indeed campaigns, Teamtailor (our ATS) improvements
Employer Branding communication, i.e. in portals such as kununu / glassdoor

**Your profile**:
Completed studies or relevant commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on HR management/marketing/Psychology or comparable
Very good English skills (company language) and ideally advanced German, any additional european language is a plus

Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries and as extra, you have a 3% variable that is based on company performance

**Location-independency & and flexibility stay with us**:
**Full or hybrid Remote**: Depending on your location, you can work 80-100% remotely within Spain or The Netherlands. However, we have regular on-site team events.
