Seleccionamos **un/a Site Manager **para una importante empresa del sector de las energías renovables.

Tu **misión principal** será supervisar los aspectos productivos, técnicos, administrativos y de gestión del equipo humano de las obras, vigilando que se cumplan las normativas establecidas y que los proyectos se desarrollen correctamente.

**FUNCIONES EN DETALLE**:

- Planificar, ejecutar y supervisar los proyectos de construcción asignados
- Estudio y aplicación de mejoras destinadas a optimizar recursos
- Gestión de proveedores y subcontratas
- Gestión documental integral de la obra
- Liderazgo del equipo humano, orientándolo y motivándolo, supervisando que los trabajos se realicen correctamente
- Realización de informes detallados sobre los procesos de forma periódica
- Asegurar que se cumplan los deadlines y los objetivos económicos de cada proyecto
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de Calidad y Medio Ambiente, controlando indicadores y objetivos
- Recibir y acompañar a los clientes en la planta para mostrar los avances

**Requisitos**:
**Qué necesitas para este cargo?**
- Titulación de Ingeniería
- 5 años de experiência gestionando proyectos de obra, preferiblemente del sector
- Conocimientos de instalaciones fotovoltaicas
- Disponibilidad para viajar/ desplazarse a las obras
- Nível alto de Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, en general facilidad para usar herramientas informáticas
- Experiência gestionando equipos, costes y presupuestos
- Experiência de contacto con proveedores/subcontratas
- Nível de inglés alto (se realizará una prueba oral en la entrevista)
