Your expertise will help ensure they receive the care and support they need.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Dive into the analysis of live medical assistance cases to evaluate patients’ medical situations with precision.
- Collaborate with our global AXA medical teams to orchestrate seamless evacuations and repatriations, ensuring our clients receive top-notch care wherever they are.
- Work closely with our operations teams to ensure all logistics run smoothly.
- Provide compassionate support and maintain telephone contact with patients and their families during their critical moments.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups with treating physicians or local correspondents to oversee the journey until repatriation.
- Analyze cases to uncover potential links with patients' medical histories, reviewing them against their policy terms and conditions.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A Certified Nurse Practitioner (DUE homologated) who is passionate about patient care.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in ICU, emergency, out-of-hospital settings, or similar.
- Proficiency in French and English with High Spanish level.
