As the cornerstone of daily operations, the Program Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for students and professors. **Responsibilities**:
**Your role as a Program Assistant will involve**:

- ** Support Students and Faculty**: Provide daily assistance to students and professors, addressing queries and offering guidance.
- ** Coordinate Across Departments**: Liaise with various departments (Registrar, Planning, Careers) to streamline program operations.
- ** Maintain Databases**: Compile and update student information databases regularly.
- ** Prepare Reports**: Assist in the preparation and editing of internal reports.
- ** Process Expenses**: Handle expense reports efficiently.
- ** Assist in Event Planning**: Support the planning and execution of events and projects throughout the academic year.
