Marni Group is looking for a **Full Time** SALES ASSOCIATE to join the team of its **Concession in Marbella** - Working within established guidelines, particularly with brand;- Attaching tags to merchandise on the floor; - Receiving and storing the delivery of stock; - Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays. - Provide a strong level of customer service; - Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise to meet sales goals; - Assisting clients with styling as a brand ambassador ; - Managing daily opening and closing of concession according department store timings; - Build and maintain repeat client relationships; - Resolve client problems and complaints effectively; - Keep selling floor and merchandise neatly, organised; - Be involved in delivery, storing and managing stock; - Being responsible for processing cash and card payments and processing refunds; - Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor; - Working with brands and stores guidelines; - Maintaining front and back house of concession; - Using various social media platforms to connect with clients; **Requirements**: - At least 3 years of experience as Sales Associate in Luxury/Fashion industry will be aplus; - Selling experience in RTW, LLG, SLG and accessories; - Having a friendly and engaging personality; - Comfortable working with members of the public and as a team; - Should have a confident manner and results-oriented ; - Must be helpful and polite with positive attitude and reliable behavior; - Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trend; - Basic knowledge for operating computer systems; - Knowledge of stock managemen; - Chinese or Arabic mother-tongue will be a plus; - Fluent English; LI-IB - Location: Marbella, ES- Employment Type: Full time- Function: Retail- Seniority: Professional
