Senior FP&A BU Systems - Full Time - Madrid, Spain

We are looking for a/an Senior FP&A BU Systems to join our GF_Finance & Controlling, Accounting team in Spain to provide comprehensive financial information and support to ensure business management, decision making, and financial integrity, while driving process improvements and automation.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Supporting the business unit Controller by delivering comprehensive and timely financial information for the purpose of business management and decision making
- Oversee the period end close processes, generating accurate and insightful period end financial reports and analytics to ensure financial integrity
- Contributing to the monthly preparation of the business review presentation
- Performing various ad-hoc reporting requests to equip business with financial understanding
- Actively supporting Budgeting and Forecasting processes
- Identifying and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives for the Systems business unit
- Driving automation of reports (QlikSense, QlikView, Sharepoint) and finance process optimization

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance roles
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Experience with IFRS (especially IFRS 15)
- Experience with consolidation systems
- Strong analytical personality with high energy to drive for result
- Strong problem solving and ability to prioritize responsibilities, tasks and processes
- A positive, flexible and adaptive approach and a team player attitude
- Fluency in English
