SPESSARTIN GmbH is a Germany based recruiting company, focused primarily on the Renewable Energy & Automotive, Industrial and technology Markets, as well as Asian-European Business relations and economic expansion. We represent multiple international companies, who rely on us to source highly qualified employees from around the globe, in an effort to fill various positions ranging from entry to management level.
Due to the success we have achieved thus far, we are looking to continue our expansion in order to serve additional clients and assist more people with their career path. In order to do so, we are looking to hire additional staff to fill the role of: Junior Recruiter.
Job description:
Job Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, International Business, Marketing, IT, Renewable Energy/Engineering (preferred).
- Above average academic achievement.
- Experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or International Business preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Negotiation experience is a plus.
- Highly motivated, quick learner, extroverted, professional, and reliable.
- exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- English language at a fluent/professional working level is a must (additional languages are a plus).
