**About the role**

Join our team as a Market Strategy Associate and help drive Fever's business plan across all markets.
- Lead cross-company projects to optimise the workflows and processes of the business development team.
- Understand how a fast-growing company works from every aspect of the business.
- Utilise industry trends and the latest technology to make data-driven decisions.
- Work across different markets and teams in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries).

**About You**
- +2 years of experience in an analytics & project management role.
- Background in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy.
- Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions.
- Be able to develop your own solutions and have a strong technical background.
- Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.
- Be excited about working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Being an advanced English speaker is a must. Speaking Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese will be a plus.
- Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.
