Provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a variety of tasks related to the CEO & Director of Operations working life and communication.
You will also be doing a lot of reports and small edits in video, pictures and websites (that's why this position is ideal for someone eager to learn, as we will provide you with all the training and support, we just need your positive attitude and creativity)
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Manage & assist with booking weekly meetings
- Screen record / capture stories & in-feed posts
- Brief video, audio and website editing.
- Social Media Management
- Stay on top of all influencer marketing related projects

Required Experience
- Maximum 1 year of working experience
- Marketing, Business, Graphic design studies
- English Fluency
