**Who will you be working for?**:
Our partner is the European market leader for specialized software for stock optimization.

**Their core mission**: reducing their partners' stock while keeping - and even increasing - their service level.

**What is this job about?**:
In this position as **Inbound Marketing Manager** your goal is to ensure the international growth and success of the company by attracting qualified prospects.

You will define and manage the **Inbound** marketing strategy. On a daily basis, you will analyze the success of your actions and optimize them accordingly.

**Your challenges**:

- Work closely with the Content Director to define a global content strategy plan
- Prepare **trainings** for local marketing teams
- Create and optimize Inbound Marketing strategies to attract prospects and boost the generation of **MQLs, SQLs and customers**
- Increase the **online brand visibility**
- Improve the company’s image on social media and its use in the inbound marketing strategies
- Conduct marketing **automation** and optimization
- Support in the creation and optimization of content

**What do you need to apply?**:

- Language skills: advanced level in **English** (C1+)
- Minimum **3 years** in Inbound Marketing B2B via Hubspot
- Knowledge of the following:

- Marketing automation
- Video Marketing and graphic design softwares: Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop
- Social media (LinkedIn)
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating international teams

**Important**: For this position, you can work in **Barcelona** or remotely from **anywhere in Spain**. You will need to be in possession of an EU VISA.
