Assembly Launch and Execution is a fresh, newly created department, under PE. We aim to fulfill all kind of training needs within the projects, and we are focusing in new product Introduction projects, tench transfers projects, and develop our instructors around the all the assembly factories

**Responsibilities**
- Accountable for safe working of the Launch team members for the assigned projects,
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the Launch Team.
- Track and review deliverables from the team and participate in Training Meetings.
- Ensure effective communications to Launch Team Instructors
- Assess production workers and Process instructors during assigned projects,
- Evaluate performance and give input to the instructor's line manager and provide clear goals in Continuous, Performance & Development (CPD),
- Escalate missing deliveries and risks to the Training Project lead,
- Develop and maintain Project training material and ensure its recorded into DMS and training manual.
- Develop, promote, and maintain the training standards within the Project.
- Provide timely and effective feedback to associates based on individual quality performance and productivity standard.
- Work effectively with other departments that support the manufacturing process such as maintenance and stockroom/customer service.
- Develop Launch team members skills to improve their competence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities deadlines to launch Team members for the duration of assigned projects.

**Qualifications**
- Base knowledge of ECM processes in Vestas,
- Base knowledge of ERP System: SAP knowledge at Technical Support level,Understanding of documents, tooling and vestas process.
- Mechanic, electrical and Hydraulic knowlege.
- Excel: data base handling.
- English written and spoken on high level.
