**What You’ll Do**:
As our All-Round Marketeer, you will take the lead in shaping and executing our marketing strategy across various channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Managing our social media presence** (planning, posting, monitoring, and engaging on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- **Content creation** - from writing compelling copy and blog posts to producing visuals and short videos that tell our story and showcase our properties
- Collaborating with our agents and sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance to continuously improve results

**Who You Are**:

- A creative, hands-on marketer with a strong sense of aesthetics and communication
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects independently
- Bonus if you have experience or interest in the real estate industry
