Hogan Lovells Alicante is searching for a native German speaker Projects Associate with working knowledge of European Union trade marks and designs.

- Advising on chances of success in prosecutions matters and contentious proceedings.
- Conducting EUTM and pan-European searches.
- Researching third party rights.
- Drafting of observations and submissions in relation to absolute grounds objections.
- Drafting lists of goods and services and advising on classification issues.
- Working cooperatively with clients, counsels, experts and internal teams.
- Working to develop and strengthen new client relationships.
- EU Qualified Lawyer with experience in European Union trade mark and design law.
- Native German speaker
- Motivated, reliable and flexible.
- English level C2
- Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure and at time change.
- Flexible.
- Ability to seek advice and guidance when necessary.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Good understanding of the industry and market in which clients operate.
- Practice straight talk.
