About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about design and communications? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a global company, helping shape how we connect with each other? Join our team as an intern and support us in building a brighter future together.

What you’ll do
- **Support Internal Communications**: Help plan and deliver engaging internal communications, following an Always’on approach to support Zurich Duo’s awareness across the organisation.
- **Website Coordination**: Assist with setting up, updating, and maintaining our internal portals to keep content fresh and relevant.
- **Content Creation**: Contribute creative ideas and help design materials such as newsletters, banners, and digital assets.
- **Newsletter Management**: Prepare and distribute regular newsletters, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- **Campaign Support**: Help organize and execute internal campaigns and events, from brainstorming to delivery.
- **Performance Tracking**: Assist in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

What you’ll bring
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Design, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- A creative mindset with a passion for clear, effective communication.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and website management (e.g., WordPress or similar platforms) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
