As Helloprint’s Graphic Order Manager, you’re responsible for processing our biggest and most valuable orders. Helloprint always has big growth ambitions, and we are striving for a big increase in sales. Together with the team you ensure that we get maximum potential from our resellers and key customers to boost our turnover. You enjoy guiding customers through the entire process; you are there to help from finish to start. You guarantee a quick and easy process for the customer, but at the same time you think about optimizing our margin. For this role we are looking for the perfect mix of a commercial mindset, graphic expertise, and strong communication skills.
This is a role for an independent and entrepreneurial professional who is ready for a challenge. Are you up for it?
**What you do**
- You keep an eye on orders and make sure that everything is running smoothly. From order to delivery, you ensure that everything goes according to plan;
- You maintain close contact with our customers so that they are aware of the progress and 100% satisfied at all times;
- You are continuously looking for ways to improve the margin and contribute to an increase in turnover from this very valuable customer group;
- You give advice to customers about different possibilities regarding printing techniques and paper types, but you also offer help with all questions about the files that are to be delivered;
- You always look for ways to improve customer satisfaction. As assertive as you are, you look for all opportunities to assist customers in their orders or in communication with suppliers;
- You prepare quotations for all large and custom orders we receive
**What we’re looking for**
- You are fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
- You are graphically savvy and have 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the printing industry;
- You know how to speak the graphic language to customers as well as to suppliers;
- You have an assertive and creative attitude, you’re convincing and you like taking initiative;
- You have a commercial mindset. If you realise that something isn’t running smoothly, you think about the changes that need to be made;
- You are stress resistant. You know how to handle 100 tasks at once and won’t give up until everything is finished;
- You have a determined mindset. You won’t give up until all customers are 100% satisfied
