**The Company**

Our customer, **dormakaba**, is a Swiss/German multinational with more than 16,000 employees. They are one of the leading providers of innovative security and access solutions for selected segments of the fast-growing security industry.

**Description of the Position**

They are looking for a **Senior Web Product Owner **to join their **Digital Marketing Team** located in Madrid.

**Working Experience**

A minimum **of 5 years** of experience as a Product Owner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
- Take the lead of the Switzerland based externalized Scrum team.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the Business owner and other internal stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
- Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.

**Mandatory Skills**
- Knowledge of headless CMS solutions, such as **Contentful**.
- Experience with CMS with a multilingual and multicountry typology and mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Experience in efficient information architecture and user’s governance and permissions.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

**Valuable Skills**
- MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field.
- MicroServices architectures is desirable.

**Languages**
English: Very good Business English required (C1).

**Job Location**
Madrid. European Union citizen; otherwise, a valid job permit is mandatory.

**Salary**
A very competitive salary package**.**

**Working from Home**
At least three days a week, even more if needed.
