**FUNCTIONS**: Actualmente, estamos seleccionando un Responsable de Order to Cash, con base en Madrid. Reportando al CFO, serás responsable de liderar el proceso de OTC de la compañía a nível global así como de gestionar el equipo bajo tu responsabilidad. Entre las principales responsabilidades destacamos: - Responsable de todo el proceso OTC de la compañía: mantenimiento de maestros; gestión de pedidos; facturación; liquidación de condiciones comerciales, atención al cliente y gestión de cobros, entre otros. - Responsable de implementar políticas y procesos de order to cash corporativos en todo el grupo y garantizar su cumplimiento. - Responsable de la política financiera de cobros de la compañía, pólizas de crédito, factoring sin recurso, KPIs, etc. - Responsable de administración comercial para dar todo el apoyo a la red comercial en su ciclo de venta en cuanto a las entregas, a los sistemas para vender, aplicaciones, atención al cliente, CRM, etc. - Responsable de la adecuada liquidación y seguimiento de las condiciones comercial de clientes. - Responsable de la gestión con auditores externos de las verificaciones oportunas del proceso de venta y cobros de la compañía para la adecuada obtención de los informes de auditoría anuales. - Garantizar que los servicios OTC proporcionen una experiência de calidad al cliente que incluya una facturación oportuna y precisa y una buena resolución de problemas. - Implementar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y legales que correspondan. Para ello, buscamos profesionales que cumplan los siguientes requisitos: - Formación universitaria (ADE, Económicas, Marketing, Ingeniería, etc. - Experiência requerida: al menos 10 años de experiência en una posición de order to cash en el FMCG. - Al menos 7 años de experiência liderando equipos. - Idiomas: Inglés
- C1 - Conocimiento práctico en los procesos transaccionales OTC centrales. - Experiência en entornos internacionales. - Fuerte perfil comercial y orientado al cliente. - Excelentes habilidades interpersonales con capacidad de influir y desarrollar relaciones a todos los níveles. - Buenas habilidades de negociación. - Experiência sólida en SAP; se valorará la experiência en otros ERP fundamentalmente Salesforce. - Disponibilidad para viajar a nível internacional.
