We are looking for a Lead of Asset Performance and Modelling as part of our Global Core Sustainability Services team.

Role Overview
Core Sustainability Services provides leveraged, at scale services to our clients through our primary market Consulting, Operations, and Infrastructure teams. The Asset Performance and Modelling team acts as a team of specialists providing energy and other modelling capabilities including innovating how we provide these asset level models. These assessments are key to helping clients set strategies and form decisions to decarbonize their owned or occupied real estate.

This role will lead on developing this capability, managing capacity, and overseeing delivery (including quality) globally via a hub-and-spoke model with a hub of resources in a global Centre of Excellence as well as smaller regional specialist teams. It will work with internal stakeholders to provide this internal service and ensure that it links into the wider end-client market product.

The position provides an opportunity to work in an international role with stakeholders from a broad range of areas related to decarbonizing global real estate.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Own the Asset & Performance modelling services as an internal service for JLL covering energy, carbon, CRREM and other key sustainability baselines or models.
Ensuring that capacity and capabilities exist to deliver against the pipeline of work requiring support.
Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships including reporting on performance of this service line and aligning on the roadmap of service evolution.
Work with internal stakeholders to drive a high quality, consistent and trusted output via this service line.
Develop processes and balance capacity by location to ensure work is delivered in an cost-efficient way working with the Core Sustainability Services change team.
Work to strategically aggregate, cleanse and analyze data created from these services. Seek out innovation and automation opportunities.
Implement and support service governance processes.
Act as a member of the wider JLL Core Sustainability Service management team inputting into strategy and management decisions.
Build knowledge of the organization, processes, and stakeholder needs.
Ability to manage and execute highly complex or specialized projects.
Pull from JLL platforms for new ideas and better ways of working.

Experience
Managed successful teams with an international resource structure working across multiple projects including prioritization, resource, and project management.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment
Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Sustainability and Real Estate knowledge including asset decarbonization, a strong understanding of asset level modelling, site-audits, energy models and other similar services.
A track record of driving high quality and efficient processes.
Strong degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence to establish trust and build relationships.
Ability to effectively communicate and promote ideas and proposals persuasively
