**Position Overview**:

We’re looking for a **Team Leader** focused on continuous improvement, **working collaboratively with the different functions (HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting)** across the global organization, to provide solutions that can increase the efficiency.

Furthermore he/she will be focus on develop Digital as a Service strategy within the different divisions

Main responsibilities of the team are
- **Data & Analytics**. In order to provide business insights to the different functions in order to take strategic decisions.
- **Process Automation** with particular focus on the new technologies, such us **RPA, AI, Power Platforms**:

- **Process & Mining**

**Main Tasks of the team Leader are**
- **Coordinate **a team of Data Analysts, Business Analysts and Project Managers, ensuring that the projects related to automation & Data Analytics are delivered on time, following the agreed methodology
- Support the team to gather requirements design, develop and deliver analytic solutions to the internal stakeholders
- Support in develop strategies and solutions for optimal **deployment and implementation of new technologies** across the business
- Building Knowledge and capabilities in **emerging technologies or improving the existing one**, by keeping a focus on market trend
- Identify Opportunities to **increase the efficiency** of the different functions
- Fulfill the **SLA established**
- **Communicates** effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proposes and implements best practices to maintain high quality and strive for continued service excellence.
- **Works closely with the other Bayer locations in Europe, Americas & Asia**
- **Select, develop and retain a high performing team**, while championing a culture of employee engagement within the team and the different regions
- **Define and develop the team’s member training path**
- Manage resources in efficient way to priorities projects and developments in order to meet deadlines and goals

**Work relationship**:

- **Active member in the Intelligent Automation management team** to build personal acumen & ability, while sharing best practices with others.
- **Working with key stakeholders** of the different functional areas (Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, Accounting)
- **Deep Interaction and collaboration with the other CoEs**:

- Big Collaboration with IT

**WHO YOU ARE?**
- University degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent

professional experience.
- Experience in **managing teams** focused on automation/ proven leadership capabilities (at least 5 years)
- Excellent **Presentation Skills** and high developed negotiation/influencing capabilities
- **Project Management** Capabilities and relevant practical experience, at least 5 years (Lean Sigma as a plus)
- Profound Experience in **process improvements**
- **Strong analytical**, interpretative **problem-solving skills**, including the capability to translate complex data/information in concise and rational output
- **Expertise in Data Modelling, Predictive Modelling and Data Visualization **(Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire)
- **Expertise** **Programming in SQL, Python, VBA**
- Good knowledge in RPA, process mining as a plus
- Flexibility as well as the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience working in a service driven and customer focused environment
- Ability to build up trustful relationships.
- Language skills: Very Fluent in English, both spoken and written
