Paid Social Media Buyer

**Introduction**

Do you get a kick out of scaling Facebook ad (or/and TikTok/Snapchat ) campaigns, writing copy that pulls in floods of customers and never stopping testing and optimizing your ads for better results?
**COCUNAT** is looking for a new talented **PAID SOCIAL MEDIA BUYER** to manage multiple accounts, with varying daily ad spend amounts, and to work closely with a strong team of Media Buyers, Product Managers and Creatives to generate the best possible results through paid media campaigns.

**Your responsibilities**
- Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
- Compare and negotiate rates, ad space and airtime
- Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
- Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
- Experiment with new platforms and channels
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
- Monitor costs and return on investment
**Your profile**
- Expert with at least 1 year of eCommerce experience and 2 years of running Paid social ads on Facebook and/or different platforms
- Experienced in managing $50k+ budgets per day on Facebook, with a strong track record of proven results within the eCommerce space. (preferably beauty or fashion)
- Organised and able to work on their own initiative as well as in a team environment
- Excellent prioritisation skills (previous experience of Asana/Slack/Trello is a plus.
- A fantastic communicator, a team player, and able to work in a group/team to achieve a common goal.
- Creatively inclined and confident to bring ideas to the table. We know that two or more heavy heads are always better than one
- Result-driven and hungry to scale accounts to huge heights through continual testing of tactics and strategies
- Completely fluent in spoken and written Spanish
- Completely fluent in at least one of the following languages (spoken and written): English, French, Italian, German, Dutch
- Experienced with an ad management tool such as Smartly is a big plus.

- Take full ownership of projects and hold themselves accountable for success, treating each account as if it was their own business.
- Understand that Media Buying is not a 9 to 5 job and that **Facebook never sleeps**.
- Have a real passion for Facebook Ads and have spent more hours than they can count on Facebook Ads
- Understand the pain of stalled ads, campaign scaling and testing but still get a kick out of cracking lower cost per conversions, higher click-through rates and hacking ad set optimisations.
- Be familiar with (and know the difference between) lookalikes, custom audiences, CPMs, manual bidding, and all different creative variants in Facebook.
- Know how to put creative ideas into action with each specific account at the forefront of their thinking. Understand the importance of this when implementing Facebook Ads.
