We work closely with other teams at the same time as we contribute to the company’s growth and scalability: optimising our systems, policies and processes, ensuring the accuracy and control of the information, adapting our financial accounting and reporting, developing business plans to help in the decision making and to anticipate risks and opportunities, etc. We are a very united team, cooperative with each other, looking for excellence in everything we do, focusing on the digitalization and optimization of our tasks, aiming to bring the finance department to another level and becoming a key business partner for the organisation. Our team consists of: - Maria Chamorro - CFO - Laura Blázquez - Controlling Manager - Ruben Hoskens - Financial Controller - Caterina Gomez - Senior Accountant (AR, Accounting) - Belén Vergara - Senior Accountant (AP, Collections) - Karol Scheib - Finance Assistant - Julia Van Ee - Finance Assistant **Your mission within Kantox** Reporting to the Controlling Manager, you will be responsible for the following: - Preparation of the revenue projection for the annual budget and following rolling-forecasts. - Participate in the month-end close activities: revenue analysis and reporting, bad debts & overdues analysis and control. - Participate in the preparation of the Board KPIs presentation and other reporting for investors. - Define and control main KPIs (revenue, GM, DSO, CAC, LTV, payback period ) along with other analysis for the CCO (cohorts, new product revenue ) - Participate in the implementation of a new reporting system. - Supervise the procedure and calculation of sales commissions and performance bonuses. - Support the statutory audit and ad-hoc projects. **Who you are** - 2+ years proven working experience as Commercial Controller or Sales Analyst - Advanced MS Office Skills (excel, power BI, power point) - Experience working with databases - Analytical mind - Fluent level of English - Strong communication skills - Organised and eager to learn - Proactive, team player, hands on and getting things done - Degree in Accounting or Business-related **Our culture** - An environment of innovation, accountability, and constructive feedback - A diverse and multicultural team of over 40 different nationalities - Grow your role and build your career with our learning and development opportunities. - A collaborative and inclusive culture of sharing and teamwork.
