Hi We are currently seeking for Junior professionals to support our growing business in the Madrid office.

**What you´ll do at BTS**
- Prepare comprehensive company or market reports and identify key levers for driving profitability and growth
- Support the team in the deployment of discovery based learning experiences and help facilitate participant’s understanding of relevant content areas
- Accompany and support consultants in project delivery, facilitating materials to participants and preparing impactful presentations
- Work in several accounts supporting the team with material generation, market trends research and meeting preparation
- Collaborate in multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries and countries

- Are comfortable working with Excel (advanced level is a plus) & preparing impactful presentations
- Are bilingual Spanish/English; additional language skills are a plus
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Finance, or other
- Degrees
- A desire for extensive domestic and international travel
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of an organization
- Previous work experience is a plus
