**Descripción del rol**:
Ferrovial is positioned as one of the world leaders in transport infrastructure management, maintaining a strong commitment to implementing sustainable solutions. Currently, Ferrovial is undergoing a business and technological transformation process, with a primary focus on automation and digitalization of processes. As part of this transformation, Ferrovial has adopted SAP S/4HANA as the core technological solution for its ERP platform.

**Responsabilities**
- Act as a liaison between key functional users responsible for each financial process (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Treasury, and Control Unit), the financial leads of each business division, and the systems/consulting teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of the SAP S/4HANA migration project (analysis/design/build/training/user testing/go-live and support).
- Ensure the correct implementation and optimization of financial processes on the new platform.
- Identify areas for improvement in current financial processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Implement digitalization and automation tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
- Coordinate and lead work teams to achieve established objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments, business divisions, and roles within the organization to ensure project success.
- Train end users and team members in the use of SAP S/4HANA and best practices in financial processes.
- Provide functional support and guidance in the use of SAP S/4HANA.
- Promote continuous improvement and the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Monitor and control projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in financial departments of multinational companies, preferably in accounting roles and/or participating in SAP financial systems implementation projects or similar technologies, and/or as an advanced user.
- Advanced English level (C1).
