Your Tasks:

- You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the operational trade employees.
- You are responsible for optimizing the operational processes in coordination with the department management and the profitability of your area of responsibility.
- You take on the creation of productivity analyses as well as the identification and elimination of weaknesses.
- You are responsible for ensuring high-quality sea freight handling and implementing measures to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- You take on the overall processing and resolution of irregularities, complaints, and escalation management.
- You create customer-specific instructions and are respon sible for the sea freight export pricing setup of the trade.
- Intensive collaboration with various internal stakeholders, such as sales and our branches in Germany and overseas, also falls within your area of responsibility.

Your Profile:

- You have successfully completed your commercial training, ideally in the field of International Trade / logistics.
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of logistics with a focus on sea freight export.
- You have initial experience in leading employees and have achieved demonstrable success with your team.
- You have a high customer orientation and enjoy working in a team.
- You have a high quality awareness, are proactive and solution-oriented.
- You support your team and motivate your employees every day anew, ensuring good cooperation.
- Intercultural competence as well as very good English skills in both written and spoken form complete your profile.
- Knowledge of German would be an asset
