We are looking for a Head of Creativity to join our Marketing team. The position is based in Palma de Mallorca (Headquarters) and reports directly to the Internal Agency Director.

Main responsibilities:
The Iberostar Creative Agency is a new addition to the Iberostar Marketing Community. We are looking for a Senior Art Director to be our new Head of Creativity, who’ll be responsible of all the creative content (Omnichannel) both in AME and EMEA. The Agency acts as an implant in Iberostar, is neutral and behaves like a creative agency would in the outside world, managing the different internal clients (Marketing, Comms, HHRR and Brand).

Working closely with the Agency Director and with the rest of the incredible team, the HC. will go above and beyond the original brief to push what’s possible on both Creative/technical level, specially under tight deadlines. We produce even creative proposals for kickstart new campaigns, to lots of adaptations and activations of our different brands, where the brand consistency in all of them is a must.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience & Industry background:

- 10+ years’ experience in client servicing for a creative agency.
- 5+ years´experience managing creative teams.
- Brand, Travel and Tourism.
- Deep understanding of client/sector business ecosystem (Luxury, Travel,Tourism, Hotels).
- Ability to manage and navigate in matrix organizations.
- Building collaborative relationships.
- Experience building, overseeing large 360 marketing campaigns.
- Ability to inspire but also lead hands-on work.

Qualifications & Languages:

- Education in Creative Arts / Marketing / Advertising.
- Languages: Spanish and English (Advanced).
- Adobe: PRO (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
