Leading company in its sector dedicated to desing, manufacture, assembly and distribution of high-end bicycle components.

We are searching for an experienced digital marketing specilialist to lead the overall user acquisition strategy for a multi-site ecommerce company.

Accountable for securing and nurturing highest sales funel segments while identifing, setting up and optimizing multiple sources, channels and partners.

**OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE**

You will play a key role in running and scaling a newly created global digital business unit comprised by several shops within Sports & Leisure, for a leader Spanish brand.

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES**
- You will help to define and set up marketing automation workflows integrating several channels aimed to push conversion, handle abandoned carts, etc..
- Coordinate whith marketing agency several UA strategies aimed to increase traffic and conversion
- To indentify new traffic sources and channels
- Analysing data and building detailed complex reports through Google Analytics and Looker studio.
- Set up and implementing social selling micro-strategies aimed to shopping.
- SEO sound improving DAs, indexation and content positioning. Conducting regular on-site & off-site SEO audits, content creation, link building and competition analysis.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, PR, or similar.

Languages:

- Fluent in English (Advanced-Proficiency).

**Experience**:

- 3 years with paid media campaigns focusing on KPIs optimizaion, CPCs, CPAs, CRs
- Several years in Ads spend through Google, Meta and Amazon.
- CRO 2 years leading consistent sales funnel reviews in ecommerce environments with multiple sites, catalogs & products.
- 5 years leading growth for ecommerce or with Agency background heading ecommerce project.

Other knowledge:

- Accostumed to work through afíliate selling programs like Amazon, ebay, Awin...
- Ecommerce platforms; Magento, Prestashop, Shopify...
- Most popular MarkTech tools; Semrush, Hotjar, Mailchimp, Wordpress...
- Understanding of business strategy, finance and reporting

Personal and professional skills:

- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Pro-active person who can work effectively under pressure and speed
- Open minded and can bring a fresh perspective to a problem
- Ability to communicate successfully with staff
- Motivated person

**VALUABLE**
- Knowledge of programmatic through DSPs.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and main web tecnologies (PHP, ASP, XML )
- Confortable with Scrum and Lean methodologies.

**WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU**
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00h to 18:30 h and Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00 whith schedule flexibility.
- Possibility of teleworking on Fridays.
- 21 days of holidays plus December 24 and 31.
