The position

We currently have a vacancy for an intern to join our
team working on Shared Mobility projects and new
Shared Economy services. You will be based at our
headquarters in Barcelona, working alongside other
team members and taking responsibility for the
delivery and management of consultancy assignments.
In this role, you will work on a variety of projects
related to social innovation projects including strategy
development, project development and management.

The main tasks you will be working on are related to
the services we provide and may include the following:

- Designing and implementing complex innovation

initiatives (projects, networks), funded by the
European Commission under programmes such as
Interreg & Horizon.
- Conception and management of projects related

to inclusive shared mobility and shared economy
strategies of European cities.
- Assessing the economic, environmental, and

societal impact of innovative pilot projects,
defining future scenarios and making strategic
recommendations to public and private sector
clients.
- Creating business models and defining exploitation

strategies to support the introduction of new
solutions and services.
- Participating in industry events and conferences to

keep up to date with the latest developments in
the field of shared economy.

- Education and background in related field (new

shared business models, public policy) preferred,
but not strictly required. We value diverse
educational backgrounds and experiences that can
bring valuable skills and perspectives. Strong
emphasis is placed on the applicant's ability to
fulfil the tasks and responsibilities of the role.
- Languages: Fluent in English, both written and

oral; Spanish, is a plus, as well as other EU
languages like French or German.
- Communication skills: You must enjoy creating

persuasive arguments and be able to easily
translate complex technical concepts into clear
and convincing business language.
- Soft skills: We expect a high degree of

independence and self-initiative, the ability to
communicate professionally with partners and
clients, to lead and conduct discussions and public
presentations.
- Relevant experience and additional expertise in

the field of future mobility is preferred, but strong
motivation and interest in the topic is just as

experience level.
