Services and Infrastructure Unit. This unit is responsible for the maintenance of VHIR common areas and

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required**:

- FPI/CFGM (preferably health related area).

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required**:

- Minimum 6 months /1 year working as a laboratory assistant in a healthcare institution.
- Knowledge of the organization and operation of a laboratory or equivalent space.
- Autoclave experience.

**Main responsibilities and duties**:

- Daily maintain optimal hygiene and sterilization conditions for all material used in the laboratories (collect,

clean, sterilize and distribute material).
- Guarantee the daily operation of the cleaning rooms in your charge (autoclave, miliQ and Elix), as well as the

order of the devices and common rooms of the VHIR (freezers, developers, cold cameras, and cleaning
warehouse).
- Prepare developing solutions, as well as the control of the correct operation of the equipment and the

management of the removal of photographic waste with the authorized managers.
- Maintain the stock of consumable material for the common rooms, general cleaning material for the laboratories

and consumable material for the purified water equipment.
- Preventive maintenance of common equipment (centrifuges, microwaves, booths, stoves, shakers, ultrasonic

baths, etc.).
- Carry out the designated activities in accordance with the established procedures and, where appropriate,

participate in their updating.
- Ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance with the requirements established in the Unit's quality

system procedures, promote and implement continuous improvement in its scope of action.

**Labour conditions**:

- Full-time position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: Immediate.
- Gross annual salary: € 20.421,74 (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are

consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale).
