About the role

Our Audit team is crucial to our business. They work closely with Risk and Compliance to create internal risk management and compliance processes, and to make sure they’re running efficiently.

We’re looking to hire a Senior Internal Auditor with experience in auditing Customer and Compliance related matters such as customer support and complaints. You’ll be responsible for assessing customer, conduct, and compliance risks and controls.

What you'll be doing
- Overseeing a team of Customer and compliance-focused Internal Auditors to execute the risk-based Internal Audit plan
- Executing end-to-end Internal Audits to assess the overall control environment at Revolut
- Reviewing customer-related processes, risks, and compliance matters in line with Revolut’s Internal Audit methodology
- Leveraging data analytics to draw informed conclusions and clearly demonstrate impact
- Demonstrating the use of data analytics to come to informed conclusions and demonstrate impact
- Showing an excellent working knowledge of global regulatory requirements, guidelines, and best practices
- Making value-adding recommendations and presenting results to key stakeholders, and the Head of Internal Audit
- Performing risk assessments to develop and maintain the risk-based Customer Journey and Compliance Internal Audit plan
- Conducting oversight, and review/validation of management actions

What you'll need
- 6+ years of experience in an audit-related role in a regulated financial services environment
- Knowledge of global regulatory guidelines and expectations for customer, conduct and compliance risk management
- Proficiency working with and interpreting data using SQL, SAS, Python, or R
- A desire and drive to learn, grow, and have an impact quickly as part of an expanding team
- Impressive critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and speaking, to interact, challenge main stakeholders, and present reports and results

Nice to have
- ACA, CFA, FRM
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on execution
