Marketing Assistant Surgery Iberia

**Job Description Summary**: The Marketing Assistant for Surgery Iberia, will provide Administrative, Sales and Marketing support to the sales and marketing team of the BD Interventional Surgery business unit in Iberia. They will collaborate in the execution of marketing plans, event management and creation of promotional materials. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive professional with great attention to detail, looking to develop a career in sales and marketing within a leading company in the medical sector.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- ** Administrative Support**: Manage the sales and marketing team’s agenda and budget, coordinate travels and meetings, process invoices and payments to suppliers, contracts/agreements with HCPs and keep files and databases up to date.
- ** Creation of Promotional Materials**: Assist in the creation and adaptation of promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, videos, and advertisements, ensuring compliance with BD’s corporate image.
- ** Event Management**: Support the logístical organization of events, including supplier sourcing, registration management, booth coordination, and communication with attendees.
- ** Communication**: Maintain smooth and effective communication with various departments within the company, as well as with external suppliers.

**About you**:

- ** Education**: Professional Training, Mid-level Education.
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years of previous experience in similar roles is desirable, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in Spanish (native) and English.
- ** IT Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and IH.
- ** Skills**: Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, planning, and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proactivity, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.

Salary range for this role: 30.000€ - 40.000€
