**Strength in Trust**: **The Challenge**: Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, the Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will drive process transformation and optimization within our Salesforce ecosystem. We're looking for a Sales & Service Cloud expert with a strong track record in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to support our growth. **The Mission**: **End-to-End Salesforce Process Design** - Gather and analyze business requirements. - Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices. - Create architectural diagrams, process flows, and documentation. **Technical Leadership** - Guide development teams to align with architecture standards. - Lead tool and third-party app evaluations. - Oversee technical specs and ensure design quality. **Salesforce Configuration & Customization** - Configure/customize objects, flows, Apex, Lightning, and more. - Offer creative solutions to complex challenges. **Integration & Data Management** - Architect integrations with external systems. - Lead accurate, consistent data migrations. **Performance Optimization** - Identify and resolve performance/scalability issues. - Manage system performance and cross-platform dependencies. **Solution Governance & Compliance** - Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. - Lead architecture reviews and enforce governance. **Stakeholder Collaboration** - Work with Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and more. - Present solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. - Drive forward-thinking technical strategy. **Mentorship & Training** - Mentor junior team members. - Lead knowledge-sharing and best practice sessions. **Your Experience Includes**: - Bachelor's in Computer Science, IS, Engineering, or equivalent. - 7+ Salesforce certifications (including Application & System Architect, CPQ). - 8+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect. - 5+ years in an architect-level role. - Experience with LeanData, ZoomInfo, D&B, Reltio, Apex, Lightning, and integrations. - Expertise in end-to-end processes (lead management, quoting, pricing, etc.). - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. **Extra Awesome**: - Startup experience. - 13+ Salesforce certifications (incl. B2B Solution Architect). - Experience with Billing, Commerce Cloud, or Einstein Analytics. - Background in the tech industry. - Project management skills. - Advanced degrees or relevant certifications. **Where we Work**: OneTrust embraces a flexible working model.
