**Role overview**:
As a Junior Sales Support you will help to reach the sales targets set by the Regional Director. You will assist in the implementation of the different sales campaigns or initiatives of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Biz Team to ensure professional onboarding of merchants.
- Work closely with the Traffic Team to ensure quality traffic is delivered to these merchants.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the sales team
- Monitor sales and the performance of some clients
- Analyse sales data and liaise with the sales team to develop sales strategies
- Handle administrative duties for the company
- Support the management of the main digital partners
- Support the management of the long tail of online shops

**About You**
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Team player with strong work ethic and ability to adapt to and drive change.
- Commercially minded.
- Strategic thinker.
- You enjoy working with data and are comfortable analysing large data sets and be able to present results to clients in an easy to view format.
- You are detail orientated with a focus on delivery as well as on commercials
- You are motivated, self-starter that embraces challenges and is able to think of resolutions to issues
- Displays respect to all colleagues and encourages this behaviour in own team.
- Manages conflict in a positive and assertive manner for the best outcome.

**Requirements**:

- Little or no experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (any additional European language is always a bonus)
- A passion for Digital

**Academic Background**:

- Strong academic background - graduate preferred.
