The Treasury Analyst for systems and banking portals will be responsible for a variety of activities supporting global treasury operations, internal controls and process improvements in the area of quantum and electronic banking systems mainly.
This position requires, close attention to detail and strong analytical and communication skills.

The Systems Analyst will work on implementation projects, acting as interface between Bank’s business users and the various IT support groups to ensure the customer's successful deployments of various system products, tools, and services specially linked to the Quantums.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in Global Treasury Integration / Centering Projects
- Perform day-to-day support of Electronic Banking Systems to end users
- Perform day-to-day support of quantum system and indirect software (FIS, 360T, Bloomberg, Expertus, Finastra)
- Assist/lead tasks related to banking system simplification and standardization, including installation and documentation
- Assess problems quickly and provide the appropriate resolution steps with the least amount of end user interruption
- Promote adherence to internal control standards and promote security awareness to ensure system security
- Participate in regression testing for the function for new system service packs, upgrades, hotfixes, and patches, including preparing the test plan, selection of relevant test scripts, availability of users with the Team leads, progress follow-up, log defects if any and monitoring until resolution and report back and sign-off to the testing core team.
- Interact with the treasury team when change management is required preparing new processes documentation/procedure/training, ensuring users are trained and controls in place.
- Provide on-going consultancy and advice to the user community.
- Log or help log PQRs and ensure follow-up and resolution.
- Analyze and propose technical solution for new functional requirements/development,
- Work proactively to monitor and enhance banking systems administration environment

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent is considered a plus
- English Proficiency is required
- Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Six Sigma Certification is considered a plus
