Structured Finance Analyst

For our office in **Madrid **we are looking for a **Structured Finance Analyst**
**Your tasks & responsibilities**
- Support in the structuring of project finance debt transactions on an international level (mainly renewables)
- Lead and manage the administrative process on project finance transactions liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with different departments and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables and reporting deadlines are met
- Support the team on financial modelling tasks, if needed
- Support the team in discussions with the banks and/or any other external stakeholders
**Your qualifications**
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Structured Finance / Investment Banking or similar position in the renewables field or banking industry
- Languages: native or bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent writing & oral skills in both languages. An additional European language is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team-player and used to work in an international & dynamic corporate environment.
