Endicott College’s International M.Ed. program in Madrid, Spain is seeking a full-time Administrator_

Endicott International seeks a full-time Administrator for its International M.Ed. program, based in Madrid, Spain. The Administrator will report to the Associate Dean of CIS-Endicott International and work with the Assoc. Dean to manage, promote, and grow Endicott College’s International M.Ed. program. This position will be predominately remote, with weekly in-person meetings at CIS-Endicott, located at Calle Velázquez 140. International travel to educational conferences and job fairs to represent and promote Endicott International is a prominent feature of the position.

Responsibilities include:

- Receive, track, and follow-up on Intl. M.Ed. prospective student inquiries through to admission
- Social media management of Endicott International accounts
- Promotion/advertising/recruitment for Endicott International programs at international education conferences and job fairs
- Academic administration and advising
- Occasional teacher support

Qualifications:

- Team player capable of working independently
- Dynamic, engaging presence
- Familiarity and facility with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- English fluency, Spanish proficiency (written and spoken)
- Legal permission to work in Spain/EU
- Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred
- Experience in international schools is a plus
