**Key Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive to join our remote team part time 3 days a week. This role requires a solid background in the recruitment industry, focusing on developing client relationships, driving sales and expanding business opportunities.
- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify, target and build relationships and new business opportunities with recruitment companies
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- **Market Research & Strategy**: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities, leveraging insights to inform business development strategies.
- **Proposal Development & Presentations**: Create and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations that highlight the value of our services and address client-specific needs.
- **Reporting & Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets. Regularly update management on sales and business development activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience in business development ideally in the sales industry
- **Remote**: Ability to work effectively remotely, with strong self-management skills.
- **Sales & Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and negotiate successfully with clients.
- **Target-Driven Mindset**: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Salary **€1250 Per Month

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: 1,250.00€ per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
