**Your mission**:
**Strategy and Leadership**

- Responsible for the design and execution of Fourvenues’ global commercial & international expansion strategies, in collaboration with the Exec Team.
- Supervise and support the Sales team in the most relevant commercial operations
- Drive consistent achievement of commercial targets across every market
- Maintain constant alignment with Exec Team on strategy delivery and progress
- Provide market insights and share trends and opportunities with the leadership team

**Team and Culture**

- Lead, coach and mentor the commercial teams in Spain, Corporate and International
- Define and implement the optimal structure for each commercial team
- Recruit and train key sales talent, bringing industry and commercial insight to enhance team capability
- Foster a results-driven sales culture that combines clear performance expectations with encouragement and coaching
- Collaborate closely with other departments to strengthen partnerships and identify cross-functional opportunities for market growth

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience in sales within the entertainment industry, or the ability to rapidly adapt and learn the sector.
- Track record of building or successfully scaling and developing high performing sales teams internationally
- Ability to identify, attract, and retain top performing talent
- Ability to inspire confidence and build trusted relationships across teams, clients, and partners

**Commercial Strategy & Market Experience**- Ability to design a realistic forecast and monitor its reliability- Mastery of client segmentation and definition of go-to market priorities- Experienced in sales process design and implementation of sales playbooks and enablement tools- Proven excellent negotiation skills with international experience- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on excellence- Understanding (_or ability to quickly learn_) the SaaS sales cycle.- Experience in enterprise sales and managing complex cycles with multiple decision-makers- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance short-term results with long-term strategy

**Processes and Metrics**- Skilled in structuring and optimising the sales funnel and revenue operations profile- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems and take data driven decisions- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot), with enough command to lead directly through the platform.

** Leadership and Team Management**- Ability to define and adapt compensation and commission plans according to market and context- Experienced in building, scaling, and managing high-performing global sales teams- Strong track record of developing sales leaders and empowering teams through coaching and accountability- Focused on creating a results-oriented culture grounded in collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement

** Personal Skills**- Proactivity to anticipate needs and act autonomously- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments- Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively as part of a team.- Growth mindset and initiative to propose improvements and innovative solutions- Excellent organizational and planning skills in fast-paced environments- Fluent in English. _Other languages are a plus._- Ability to influence C-level clients and partners
