We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion process. In 2017, we kicked off our relaunch plans and have been continuously expanding and growing ever since, especially when it comes to technology. We work in a start-up format, using agile methodologies to take our customers' experience to the next level. In 2019, we launched in the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal, recently followed by Argentina, with other countries currently in the pipeline.

**Mission and responsibilities**:
As a Drupal Technical Lead, you will be responsible for a project from the architecture analysis phase to the final product delivery. You will oversee dev teams, managing technical staff. Your role will also serve as primary point of technical definition and will be help with strategies and roadmap definition.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

- Building and definition of secure, testable and scalable solutions for our website.
- Participating in code reviews and leading team meetings.
- Be part of project roadmap definitions.
- Mentoring and developing dev talent.
- Managing technical staff.

**To be successful in the role you must have**
- 5+ years of Drupal development.
- 2+ years of team management.
- Strong technical skills with complex web architecture.
- Knowledge of JAMstack architectures.
- Knowledge of Docker.
- Experience working with PHP frameworks.
- Experience working on cloud environments.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to communicate well and response to problems efficiently and in creative ways.
- Team player.
- Ability to make decisions autonomously.
- Advanced English and Spanish are required.

Nice to have:

- Experience in component-based user interface development.
- Knowledge of some JavaScript framework as React, Vue or Angular.
- Knowledge of Graphql, API development and swagger.
- Presence on Github and/or Drupal
- Knowledge of SEO, ecommerce or marketing.
