At Nexttic we are currently collaborating with a tech company who develop simple, user-friendly apps to provide people some tools to improve themself at different levels.

Our client have developed simple, user-friendly apps to provide people tools to improve themself. The core team is growing organically to keep the goals and values of the company. The current job we're offering is a Senior Product Manager with focus in Mobile apps by subscription who will be working on improving their set of Apps (over 20M users)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the vision for one or more apps.
- Conduct product analysis to identify opportunities to optimize and increase return on investment (ROI) for products already in production through new product features.
- Work closely with the content team to strategize and support the execution of the content for the apps.
- Build a deep understanding of the target audiences of the apps and come up with features/solutions that serve their needs.
- Manage product enhancements and bugs as well as work with developers to manage refactors and tech debt.
- Create, prioritize, and manage the feature backlog for effective execution and release planning.
- Provide end of sprint summaries to report on progress and pending delays.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to company processes related to product management.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in Product Management.
- Experience in the design, definition, and delivery of new mobile apps.
- A metrics-driven professional that appreciates quantitative and qualitative data, as it will help guide our roadmap and give us signal on what’s working great or what needs to improve.
- Strong design sensibilities to maintain our visual standards.
- Experience with project management / Agile methodologies, and experience working closely with the engineering and design teams.
- Positive attitude, real passion for apps as well as focus on the business.
- Ability to work well with diverse teams based in many locations and work well with others by listening, giving constructive feedback and communicating clearly in English.
- Experience working as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
