Actualmente buscamos incorporar un **Order Taker **a nuestro equipo en **Barcelona**.** ¿Quieres ser tú?

**Como **Order Taker**, te encargarás de**:

- Proporcionar un **excelente servicio** al cliente, acompañando al cliente en su proceso de reposición de mercancía, auxiliando y facilitando toda la información necesaria.
- Gestionar **pedidos** de compras de clientes: recibir, introducir y monitorear el estado de pedidos por medio de protocolos y procesos administrativos de la compañía.
- ** Coordinar los suministros** junto al equipo de producción y planificación, garantizando que los pedidos son procesados y entregados en el tiempo requerido por el cliente.
- Introducir reclamaciones de clientes en el sistema.
- Gestionar cualquier problema relacionado a cuentas de cliente, por ejemplo, altas de clientes, bloqueos de crédito o de cualquier otra naturaleza, junto a los departamentos correspondientes.
- Ser el principal interlocutor para cualquier tema relacionado a pedidos, tanto para Clientes, Distribuidores y Comerciales cómo para los demás departamentos y equipos implicados en la cadena de suministros.
- Mantener Clientes y Depto. Comercial informados sobre cualquier desvío en el curso normal de suministros.
- Introducir informaciones sobre fallos de entrega de suministros en las bases de datos.

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**:

- Excelente habilidad comunicativa.
- Idiomas: Castellano e inglés fluido. Se valorará portugués.
- Pasión por la excelencia en el servicio.
- Experiência en **atención al cliente.**
- Experiência en el manejo de SAP.
- Atención al detalle y habilidad en solucionar problemas.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Experiência con Office.
- Se valorará estudios superiores (diplomatura, licenciatura, o master)
