Stockholm Precision Tools AB (SPT) is looking for highly skilled electronics engineer who is comfortable working with the assembly and testing of prototypes.
- 100% in-person

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience as an electrical engineer
- Higher technical education in electrical engineering/electronics/radioelectronics, preferably in Instrumentation Engineering, Control Systems and Informatics, Industrial Electronics, etc.
- Knowledge of modern analog and digital element base. Experience in development of both analog and digital electronic units is desirable.
- Experience in component level repair, commissioning of electronic units and systems with smd components.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, documentation.
- Knowledge of testing methods for electronics and fault finding.
- Ability to work with measuring instruments, oscilloscope.
- Ability to solder well and beautifully, knowledge of requirements, corresponding IPC standards.
- Basic knowledge of iron programming, C/C++, participation in testing and debugging of controller programs.
- Experience with PIC, dsPIC, STM32 controllers is desirable

**Duties at SPT**:

- Soldering and assembling prototypes.
- Prototypes testing.
- Analog component replacement; component cost optimization.
- Fault finding, troubleshooting and general problem solving of mass-produced equipment.
- Customer support when problems arise. Remote equipment health evaluation, identification of damaged modules.
- Participation in development of specialized electronic devices.
- Participation in development of printed-circuit boards (Altium or OrCad/Allegro).
- Development of design documentation, maintenance procedures for checking/adjusting electronic units.
