**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Prepares new or changed services, manages change processes, and manages the performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance.
Applies technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions and typically has responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and critical client situations.
