Quality Assurance Engineer

**Our client**:
Our client one is a global white-label digital wallet platform. They work across the globe with customers, vendors, partners, and investors globally.

**About the Role**:
A** Quality Assurance Engineer** is responsible to ensure our product meets customer and market demands before the company deploys it. They are looking for someone who is thorough and interested in learning out the payments / financial services industry, as domain knowledge is very important for this role. Their QA team will be working directly with engineering, product, and other teams to ensure to meet the highest standards.

**Duties for this Role**:

- Build and execute test plans for both mobile (iOS and Android) and web platforms
- Track results and ensure bugs are logged and noted for correction in our development process
- Interact with customers as needed to track issues raised by them and understand how they use the platform
- Automate test cases across mobile and web platforms
- Communicate with engineering and product teams bugs and issues
- Ensure bugs are logged, tracked, and prioritized accordingly

**Qualifications**:

- Experience building and executing test plans for mobile and / or web platforms
- Proficient in automating test cases
- Experience working in cloud environments, Azure preferred
- Load testing experience preferred
- Knowledge of fintech, Financial Services, and payments preferred
