Quality Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control Leadership:
Oversee the quality performance and efficiency, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure that all package sorting processes are executed in compliance with established quality standards and operating procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of package sorting activities, identifying areas for improvement.
2. Process Improvement:
Continuously assess the package sorting processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing efficiency.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement process improvements, reducing errors and increasing throughput.
Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and drive improvement efforts.
3. Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality assurance programs to guarantee that all packages are accurately classified and sorted.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards and promptly address any non-conformances.
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
4. Training and Development:
Develop and deliver training programs for package sorting staff to ensure they understand and follow quality protocols.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive records of quality control activities, audit findings, and improvement initiatives.
Generate regular reports on quality performance, presenting findings to operations team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus)
- Proven experience in a quality management role within logistics or warehouse operations, with a strong focus on package sorting.
- Knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data for decision-making and performance improvement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
- 2 year working experience on logistics & quality shall be a plus.
- English: Professional written and spoken communication.
