Casino Co-ordinator

We are currently recruiting for a FULLY REMOTE Casino Co-ordinator that MUST HAVE previous experience working within an Online Casino environment, for one of our growing global clients with some interesting projects, please see more details on the role below:
The main purpose of the role is to support the Casino product manager by executing the day-to-day operational tasks and completing regular reviews in order to improve the companies Casino vertical. The coordinator would act as first point of contact for escalations and ad hoc requests. The role reports to the Casino product manager.

Main responsibilities
- Launch of games on time and make sure they are properly positioned and players informed
- Release games on a day-to-day basis as per the Game release roadmap
- Test the games properly and identify any technical issues
- Conduct performance reviews of the games and inform the Product manager regarding feedback, recommendations and action points
- Complete regular competitor analysis
- Inform all stakeholders (internal & external) about the game launches
- New Casino provider integrations:

- Support the Casino product manager with more extensive game testing and preparation for the new provider launch
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners
- Be the first escalation point for technical issues that come up with 3rd party providers
- Execute operational procedures internally with the relevant departments (incidents, marketing, design, CS, Fraud, CRM)
- Complete ad hoc player or game reviews as per escalations
- Optimise communication with providers in order to build a long-term relationship with them
- Product improvements:

- Complete regular product reviews to ensure all Casino features are working properly
- Help the Casino product manager with extensive testing of new features before they are released to customers
- Daily check of the web site across all markets to make sure all is in order (game launch 1 from each provider, banners, promotions visible)
- Promotional capabilities:

- Act as expert for 3rd party promotional tools and advise Marketing regarding its usability - regular demos
- Prepare documentation of these features
- Configure campaigns as per marketing plans
- Check daily of all promotional plans are in order and assist the marketing teams where needed
- Reporting:

- Complete daily KPI monitoring and prepare a summary for the Casino manager
- Review player activities on a daily basis - top winners and losers and execute changes approved by the Casino manage
