As an Innovative Solutions Partner, you will develop a natural understanding of customer challenges with respect to patients and to the identification of solutions that improve patient care, while developing and managing relationships with key partners within accounts.

**Areas to cover**: Galicia, Cantabria, Asturias & León.

**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Map, understand, select and deploy innovative solutions (both digital and non-digital beyond the pill solutions) with the aim to address/solve specific pain points in the patient journey.
- Lead customer experience mapping and patient journey initiatives and act as an internal business partner to accelerate time to treatment and ensure the best customer experience.
- Identify and analyze opportunities to improve processes, practices, and procedures using a portfolio of projects and innovative methodologies.
- Rise and support digital initiatives with curiosity, measuring impact and guaranteeing appropriate communication results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strongly get along with multiple partners; internally (Immunology, Rheumatology, ComEx Head, Business Franchises, market access, HEOR, public affairs, medical, digital, legal and compliance, procurement & purchasing, finance) and externally (customers, vendors, etc).
- Customize solutions to suit the needs of the specific brand team and customer base.
- Support the CSU CoE with legal and compliance checks by reviewing contracts from a practical field perspective.
- Manage day-to-day vendor activities in the field.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- University degree (scientific, economics or business degree). Advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus.
- English and Spanish: communicative written and spoken.
- Previous customer marketing, sales, market access experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong stakeholders management and deep experience in agile ways of working.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills, interpretation and efficient communication of complex information, customer experience approach.
