Commis Waiter

**Responsabilities**:

- Perform opening and closing duties
- Fill in opening and closing check list
- Setting up the pass, ensure that it is well organized to prepare the service
- Help the waiters in preparation of the venue
- Pick up food from kitchen and delivery to the table
- Collect empty plates and take them to the dishwasher area
- Help cleaning the table after customers leave if needed also keep an eye on the tables and call the waiter when they notice that the customer have a need, perform other duties as assigned by managment
- Assists kitchen staff in maintaining high cuisine standards for function clients
- Assists the restaurant team and serve the client on time
- Assists to set up station properly and on time for each service period
- Be able to work in another area when needed
- Follow clean as you go policy and keep work area clean at all time
- Ensuring good hygiene and health and safety at all time
- Folding napkings
- Change and clean ashtrays
- Changing rubbish bags regularly
- Refill candle holders
- Refill olive oil vinegar when needed
- Ensure the closing team leave the venue as per the standard for the opening team - Passionate
