**FOOD CHAIN (FC) PROJECT LEAD & EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR**

Business, Marketing or similar

Communication experience within the Food/agriculture Sector

**GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE**:
South Europe

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build strong relationship with key Food Chain stakeholders.
- Ensure UPL-NPP solutions are known, answer pain point of the Food Value Chain (FVC) and become preferred partner for the FVC.
- Promoting sustainable agriculture to achieve sustainable development goals.
- Promote Carbon program with FVC partners.
- Develop, execute and track the impact of FC activities.
- Coordinate FVC activities with local teams.
- Share insights with the key business team in region and countries to create maximum impact, develop campaigns and solutions for the FVC business needs.
- Ensure alignment between the organization (including other UPL´s Business Units) and the FC to market UPL & NPP solutions successfully.
- Coordination with country, regional and Global Teams the external Communication strategy: oversee creative process, ensuring alignment.
- Coordination of MarCom activities, supervising: toolbox, fairs participation, RRSS & webs.
- Coordination of social media activities between the Local, Regional and Global teams.
- Manage Budget.

**KEY COMPETENCIES/ REQUIREMENTS**:

- Coordinator, project management
- Experience with the FoodChain
- Understanding of the food/agricultural sector
- Business and result oriented
- Strategically focused: able to focus on agreed Strategic priorities
- Strong communication, excellent F2F, network skills
- Fluent English
